What are guided stretches?
Follow-along stretch sessions targeting neck, shoulders, back, and more. Stretch Pro ($2.99) unlocks premium routines and custom stretch sequences.
What does "I Stood Up" do?
Acknowledges your break, dismisses the notification, and resets the timer. We don't track or store this data.
How does Snooze work?
Delays the reminder by 5 or 10 minutes. Use it when you're in deep focus and need a bit more time.
Do reminders work when the app is closed?
Yes! Uses background notifications. Make sure notifications are enabled and battery optimization isn't killing the app.
