This policy describes how MyQuietSpot Inc. ("MyQuietSpot", "we", "us") handles information on this website (myquietspot.com) and across our studio operations. MyQuietSpot Inc. is an independent studio that builds mobile apps and publishes original content to its own social media channels.

This website

  • We do not require accounts or logins on this website.
  • We do not set cookies and do not use third-party analytics, advertising or tracking services on this website.
  • To learn which pages and free tools are useful, we count anonymous events ourselves: pages viewed, PDF downloads, taps on App Store or Google Play links, and use of the free tools (for example, the feeding ratio you picked). Each record holds the page, the event, the hour, the language, the website that linked to the page (its domain only), any campaign tag in the link (such as "utm_source=pdf" on the QR codes in our printable sheets), the country (which our hosting provider works out from the connection) and the device type and operating system (such as "phone, Android").
  • These records do not include your IP address, cookies, your browser's full details or any identifier, and we do not try to identify anyone from them.
  • Our hosting provider may keep standard, short-lived server logs (such as IP address and request time) for security and operations.

Our apps

Each MyQuietSpot app has its own privacy policy describing exactly what that app collects and why. You can find every app and its policy from the home page.

Support email

If you contact us at support@myquietspot.com, we receive your email address and the contents of your message. We use them only to respond to you and do not add you to any marketing list.

App Care health-check form

If you request an App Care health check on this website, we receive the name, email address, app store links and message you enter, the currency of the prices you were shown, and your country (which our hosting provider works out from the connection). We use them only to review your app and reply to you, and do not add you to any marketing list. We keep them in our database and send them by email to our team, with a copy to you, through our email provider, Resend. We do not keep your IP address or your browser's details with your request. To have your request deleted, email care@myquietspot.com.

Our social media channels

We publish our own original content to social channels we operate (such as YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok) using scheduling tools connected to our own accounts. We do not collect personal data from other users of those platforms; any interaction with our channels is governed by the privacy policy of the platform you use.

If we change this policy, we will update this page and the date above.
