Delete your Lupa's Fortune account

Lupa's Fortune is published by MyQuietSpot Inc. This page explains how to ask for your account and its data to be deleted, what gets removed, and what we have to keep.
Delete it yourself, inside the app
This is the fastest way and it works for every account, including anonymous ones.
- Open Lupa's Fortune.
- Tap the profile icon in the top right, then settings.
- Scroll down to Account and tap Delete account.
- Confirm twice. Deletion happens immediately and cannot be undone.
If you already uninstalled the app
If you signed in with Google or Apple, email support@myquietspot.com from that same address and we will delete the account for you.
If you never signed in, your account is anonymous. It is not tied to an email address or a name, so we have no way to find it from an email request. Reinstall the app and use the in-app option above.
What is deleted
All of the following is removed from our servers straight away, and cannot be restored:
- Your profile: nickname, title, star balance and streak
- Collected fortune cards and dex progress
- Costumes, room decorations and your home layout
- Fortune draw history and daily summaries
- Star ledger, reward history and crafting records
- Wheel of Fortune tickets and spin history
- Daily check-ins, ad usage limits and invite records
- Card battles you created, including any forfeit text you wrote, and any reports you filed
- Compatibility readings, including names you typed in for other people
- The link between your account and your Google or Apple sign-in
What is kept, and for how long
- Purchase receipts — 6 years. We are required to keep records of payments for tax and refund purposes. The receipt stays, but it is unlinked from you: your account identifier is removed from it.
- Anti-abuse device records. We keep a record that a device claimed a one-time reward, so the same device cannot claim it repeatedly. It is unlinked from your account.
- Card battles you joined but did not create. These belong to the player who created them, so we do not delete their record. Your link to the battle is removed.
Your subscription is separate
Deleting your account does not cancel a Lupa's Pass subscription. Subscriptions are managed by Google Play and the App Store, and you have to cancel there or you will keep being charged. Cancel at Google Play subscriptions or App Store subscriptions.
Analytics and crash reports
Anonymous usage and crash data is tied to an app installation rather than to your account, and is not linked back to you once the app is removed from your device.
