Tap "+" on the home screen. Enter honey type, volume, yeast, and OG. TOSNA schedule auto-generates.
How do I log gravity readings?
Open your batch and tap Log Gravity. Enter your hydrometer reading. ABV auto-calculates from your OG.
What is TOSNA?

What is the 1/3 sugar break?
When gravity drops to 1/3 of the way from OG to expected FG. Important milestone - stop nutrient additions after this point.
