Find answers to common questions about Keggle: Kegel & Pelvic Floor.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I choose the right pelvic floor type?
During onboarding, choose Weak if you experience leakage or weakness, Tight if you have pelvic pain or tension, or "I don't know" for safe starter exercises. If unsure, consult your healthcare provider. You can change your type anytime in Settings.
What's the difference between Free and Premium?
Free includes all 6 exercise types, all 3 games, 2 guided stretches, streaks, XP, and levels 1-5. Premium ($14.99 one-time) adds levels 6-15 + Mastery, all 10 goal-specific programs, deer evolution, all 4 stretches, Streak Shield, detailed stats, PDF reports, multiple reminders, and removes ads.
Is it really one-time payment? No subscription?
Yes. Premium is $14.99 once, forever. No recurring charges, no trial that auto-renews. All future updates are included.
Can I restore my purchase on a new device?
Yes. Go to Settings → Premium → Restore Purchase. This restores your Premium status using your Apple ID or Google account.
How do programs work?
Programs are structured week-by-week training plans for specific goals (e.g., ED Improvement, Postpartum Recovery). Each week prescribes which exercises to do and how many sessions. Complete the required sessions to unlock the next week. Programs use your existing exercises at your current level.
Can I do free training while in a program?
Yes. Free training is always available. Only sessions started from the program detail screen count toward program progress.
What is Streak Shield?
Premium feature that protects your streak up to 2 times per month. If you miss a day, the shield automatically activates so your streak continues.
Why can't I level up past Lv.5?
Levels 6-15 and Mastery mode are Premium features. You can continue exercising at Lv.5 with full XP and streak rewards. Upgrade to Premium to unlock all levels.
Is this app a medical device?
No. Keggle is an exercise app for educational purposes only. It does not diagnose, treat, or prevent any condition. Always consult your healthcare provider before starting any exercise program, especially if you have pelvic floor concerns.
My notifications aren't working
Check your device settings: iOS: Settings → Keggle → Notifications → Allow. Android: Settings → Apps → Keggle → Notifications → Turn on. Also check that battery optimization is not killing the app in the background.
Can I export my exercise data?
Premium users can export a PDF report of their last 30 days of exercise history. Go to Settings → Export PDF Report. This report is designed for sharing with healthcare providers.
How do I customize notification messages?
Go to Settings → Notifications. You can choose from discreet messages like "Time to drink water!" or "Take a stretch break!" so no one can tell it's a pelvic floor reminder.
