How do I log a meal?
Tap the + button and select Meal. Quick-select from 12 common trigger foods (coffee, chocolate, tomato, citrus, alcohol, spicy, carbonated, fried, dairy, onion/garlic, mint, late-night snack) or add custom entries.
How do I track symptoms?
Tap + and select Symptom. Choose from 7 types (heartburn, regurgitation, chest pain, chronic cough, throat irritation, bloating, nausea), rate severity 1-5, and add optional notes.
What is the Morning Check-in?
A daily check-in to record if you had nighttime reflux, your sleep quality (1-5), and optional stress level. This data helps the app analyze sleep and reflux correlations.
What does the dragon do?
Your dragon companion reflects two things: your symptom trend (calm, uneasy, or fiery based on recent symptoms) and your logging streak (special expressions and accessories at 7, 14, and 30+ day milestones).
What's the difference between Free and Pro?
Free: Unlimited logging, calendar view, and basic stats. Pro ($14.99 one-time): Personal Trigger Profile, Timing Analysis, Medication Effectiveness, Sleep & Reflux Correlation, Smart Alerts, Weekly Digest, Doctor Report PDF, CSV Export, and ad-free experience.
How do Smart Alerts work?
Pro feature. When you log a meal that historically caused symptoms, the app warns you in real-time. It also alerts you about risky food combinations and eating too close to bedtime.
