Tap "Start Fasting" on the Timer tab. Choose your schedule (16:8, 18:6, 20:4, or OMAD) from the top-right badge. The timer starts immediately and your fox companion will react as you progress.

Yes. FastFox saves your start time locally, so the timer continues accurately even if you close the app or restart your phone. Your water count is also preserved.

Your body goes through stages during a fast: Fed State (0-4h, digesting), Early Fasting (4-8h), Fasting State (8-12h), Fat Burning (12-14h), Ketosis (14-18h), and Autophagy (18h+, cellular cleanup). Tap the phase card for details.

During fasting, tap the water drops at the bottom of the Timer tab to log cups. The count resets each new fast and is saved to your fasting log when you end the session.

Go to the Insights tab, tap a day on the calendar, then swipe left on the log you want to delete or long-press it. A confirmation dialog will appear.

Go to Settings, scroll to the bottom, and tap "Restore Purchases". Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID or Google account used for the original purchase.

FastFox stores all data locally on your device. There is no cloud sync in the current version. Pro users can export data as CSV or PDF from Settings for safekeeping.
